Hi, I've just tried to add a new virtualmin domain to my system.. everything is ok except for email, which gives the following error: .. Mail for domain failed! : Missing file to open at postfix::../web-lib-funcs.pl line 1659 at ../web-lib-funcs.pl line 839. I'm using virtualmin 2.610 and webmin 1.260 any clues? Regards Neil Davey |

There is a bug in Virtualmin 2.610 that can caused this, on systems that don't have Sendmail configured to store local domain names in a separate file. Yep... for some reason that was missing... it used to be there.... :)
because I have other virtual domains on the server in question..<br>
It seems to update the virtual.db file, but issues a warning:<br>

.. Mail for domain failed! : Failed to regenerate table
/etc/postfix/virtual: <tt>postmap: warning: dict_open_dlinfo: wildcard
dynamic map entry no longer supported.
</tt> at ../web-lib-funcs.pl line 839.<br>

Which I suspect is a postfix issue and not a webmin issue...<br>
