Perhaps a browser connected to an SSL-mode Webmin without using SSL, or
cancelled the connection before the SSL negotiation was complete?

Cannot connect to Webmin. If I turn off SSL I can connect. Running fedora 15 with perl 5, version 12, subversion 4 (v5.12.4) built for i386-linux-thread-multi

 

Logfile shows
