[webmin-l] Save Error

Has anyone seen this error in IE using the file manager save button?
I can upload to the directory but get this error when trying to save 
back to my pc.

I haven't seen that error before.. Does it happen anywhere else in Webmin,
such as when you use the feature of the Upload and Download module to fetch
a file to your PC? Also, does it happen in other browsers?
