Hi,

while translating I ran into:

index_rcreate=Create a new risk-level user

What is a "Risk-Level User" ?
This may come up if you want to create a new User in Webmin and I 
found this string in the latest Devel-Package.

Risk levels were a feature that I created for Eazel that never really 
got deployed.. You can safely ignore that particular string.
