Hi Ryan. Normally when a plugin like Virtualmin is installed, it shows up in Webmi= n automatically as a new icon - in this case it would be under the Server= s category. However, I am not sure what installation method the FreeBSD p= ort uses.. Instead, you way just want to download the module's .wbm file from www.we= bmin.com, and install it using the Webmin Configuration module. - Jamie -----Original Message----- From: "RYAN M. vAN GINNEKEN" <lu...@co...> Subj: [webmin-l] virtualmin Date: Wed 1 Mar 2006 11:45 am Size: 1K To: web...@li... I am using a Fedora Core box and am having issues with people sending email using POP and IMAP. I have to add the IP address of everyone that actually wants to send out email as an allowed RELAY. Now I know I am not the only one that does this. People have to be able to send email other than through a web based email. What is everyone else doing? Thanks, Vernon |

You can actually add the user's ISP router host name to the relays in particular if your users are coming in on dialup. The more secure alternative is to reconfigure the mailer to require authentication before sending mail. Additionally, you have to advise your users to make sure that your mail IP block is entered into their ISPs allowed relay list as most ISPs require port 25 blocking. Hope that helps, Dan From: "Vernon" <ve...@cw...> To: web...@li...
