This one is a bit trickier, because finding the best package to
install is not trivial. For example, if Apache is missing on a Redhat
9 box, you don't want to install the first package that rpmfind.net
turns up on a search for 'apache' - you really want the one that comes
with Redhat 9, not Redhat 8 or Mandrake.
