Creating a new Category

Hello all,
I want to create a new "category" under all my products should go.
Is there ant way to acheive this ?

I mean,  i want to create a new category called "arun".Under this =
Category i want the products like "mysql","postgresql",etc should go.
What are the files should i edit?i have modified module.info only.I dont =
know about the other files.
Please if you have any ideas ,send it to me..

There is a standard way I see to do this within your site:
