Systems are so different (hardware, software, services, configs) there is 
no way in hell to do this. This is just a normal backup. Make a list of all 
files you want to back up, then use Amanda or Arkeia or tar or whatever to 
back them up regularly, ensuring that you can restore them later. And make 
a kickstart disk for your system.
