Howdy folks,

this patch is adding another "browser bar" to the mailbox-feature in
Usermin. If the count of eMail-Subjects you are watching is exceeding
your actual window size and you need to scroll to the bottom of the
page, you have to go up all the way in order to browser to another
page.

This patch is just a copy and paste from the top browser bar. No new
code is in it.

Patch is done against Usermin Version 1.069.

Hint: Maybe it's just possible to activate another setup feature to
Usermin's "Mailbox", so that users can click on ...

Show browser bar at	--> top only
			--> bottom only
			--> top and bottom
