error default redirects

hello,
i would like to find where i can set a location for when someone goes to a 
non existent page.. for exampple, if someone goes to:
www.myserver.com/wrong_page.htm

i want to be able to direct them somewhere other then the default "error
page not found".

can someone tell me where to find that at?
