[webmin-l] module installation depency issue

Dear Web-minners !
Welcoming myself into this group.
Coming back to webmin after a while.

So I started  from the minimal tar.gz version 1.999 (and also 2.000)

Now module install challenge :
raid depends on module fdisk, but module fdisk install says : fdisk depends on raid
how to  solve – please advise
