[webmin-l] Bootup action iptables does not exist

Fresh Ubuntu 20.04.LTS, latest patches, etc applied.
Installed Webmin 1.973 on it. Upgraded to 1.974.
Went to Linux Firewall
Clicked Reset firewall

Was greeted with "Bootup action iptables does not exist"
