OK, ignore the Nginx question as well as I found the answer here: https://www.virtualmin.com/node/39007 I have the config correctly but I am not seeing any symbolic links and no virtual websites listed. I will try deleting the virtual server, clean up stuff and make sure the config is correct and then try once more.
