Virtualmin Email works just fine. Please verify your install. From the virualmin menu (using Authentic Theme) hit the "System Settings - Re-Check Configuration" and also hit Re-Run install Wizard. If it still fails, hit "Limits and Validation - Validate Virtual Servers", then Validate now. By now, you should see your problem, and be able to fix it.
