Yeah, this kind of migration isn't really supported currently. However, it should at least end up with a domain that has everything except Nginx enabled..Did you get any error messages during the migration process? A default configuration for Nginx has been configured. It probably needs to be edited manually." Now I have to transfer the stuff piece by piece after cleaning up the target.
