[webmin-l] too many children (99 > 50)

Hi,

Recently on one of my system miniserv.error log reported
too many children (99 > 50)
The above message started from 51 and continued till 99 and after that
system restarted because of too much memory usage by perl.exe process.

Why webmin didn't stop creating child processes after 51?
There are 99 children totally when system restarted.
