[webmin-l] virtualmin - validation fails

hi,

I have one installation where one subdomain (and only one) strangely fails
the nightly validation:

sub.domain.com
    Apache website : No Apache virtual host for sub.domain.com found
    SSL website : No SSL Apache virtual host for sub.domain.com found
    Log file rotation : No webserver log found for virtual host
sub.domain.com
==

the domain works just fine. where should I start looking?
