Thanks for your helpful reply! I never noticed there was a theme for Webmin. I found it and changed it to the match the ones on the Host OS and they now match. What is so puzzling is why the one on the instance didn't have the same theme as the one already on the Host OS when I believe I installed them both exactly the same.
