[webmin-l] Different displays for the same version of webmin 1.881 on two different systems

I'm using webmin on an instance of CentOS 7.4 and another on the host OS.
It is the same version, but I noticed the webmin on the instance has a
different color display and a tab for webmin and dashboard. I have removed
the one from the Host OS and re-installed it using yum, but it doesn't
match the one on the instance.

I don't recall configuring the one on the instance differently, it at all.
I'd like them both to look and function the same.

I'd be glad to provide screenshots and other data.
