[webmin-l] Webmin and user-installed Bind

A few questions, please:

1. I have removed all bind9 packages from my debian jessie and stretch
servers, and I have installed the latest webmin on all.  If I link all Bind
utilities from /usr/local/sbin to /usr/sbin, will webmin recognize them and
manage Bind for me?

2. Can webmin deal with adding a systemd service for the user-installed
Bind?

3. If I chroot the Bind installation, can webmin still handle questions 1
and 2 (with the appropriate linking)?
