If you want a web hosting control panel that competes with cPanel or Plesk, Virtualmin is what you want. It can import your Plesk domains, install WordPress for you, etc. It is available in a GPL version. Webmin is not a web hosting control panel, it is a general purpose systems management tool. Virtualmin is the control panel built on top of Webmin (by the same people) for the purpose of making web hosting really easy. I'd recommend you start by installing Virtualmin, and then ask questions based on that, since the process of setting up your sites will be much different (and easier) under Virtualmin than under Webmin.
