[webmin-l] ssl certificate - copy to dovecot misses intermediate certs

I just realised, that the "copy to dovecot" button copies the certificate
but not the ca certificate from

/home/domain/ssl.ca to /etc/dovecot/dovecot.ca.pem

this is for "real" certificates (not letsencrypt, which seems to be broken
in regard to dovecot anyways, see earlier mail here)
