I believe if you disable it in Features and Plugins (ProFTPd Virtual 
FTP), it'll disappear from everything.

That reminds me, I want to talk Jamie into setting that to disabled, by 
default, because nobody ever knows what it means/does, and they enable 
it and get errors about IP addresses and get confused. And, nobody ever 
actually needs it these days. The notion of a world-facing FTP server is 
quite passe.
