[webmin-l] LDAP Configuration Help

I get the following:
LDAP Users and Groups
Failed to bind to LDAP server as cn=admin,dc=mydomain,dc=com : unauthenticated bind (DN with no password) disallowed. Click here to adjust the module configuration.
 
Even though I have the password set correctly in the webui.
 
 
In the LDAP Server - Browse Database, I get:
The LDAP browser cannot be used : The password in the LDAP server configuration is encrypted and cannot be used by Webmin

/usr/sbin/slapd -h ldapi:/// ldap:/// -g openldap -u openldap -F /etc/ldap/slapd.d

How do I solve these?
