Howdy folks,

Dieter from www.webmin.de pointed me to a problem which may come up if
we use named entities for things like

index_title=3DSSH/Telnet Login & & & & =E4 =F6 =FC =DF

The title in the Old-Webmin-Theme is shown up as images.
In this case I tried to handle out which different browsers can work
best with various ways of HTML-entities for "&" for future common use
in all translations.

a) Well easiest thing would be to ged rid of the Old-Webmin-Theme ;-)
b) Is it possible to patch that theme in order to show things correct?

If we would leave that line "as is" like

index_title=3DGeplante Cron-Auftr=E4ge

things will show up correct in the Old-Webmin-Theme, but may not if
the title is shown as simple text.

Hope I pointed out the problem right.
