OK, so I think there is no further negotiating needed as long as we
can agree to this:

a) I will announce _all_ "devel"'s to Webmin-Trans-List.
b) Its up to the translators if they catch it or not.
c) Jamie kindly announces a date for the next "stable".
d) I will check in the latest translations two days in advance.
e) Upcoming translations will belong to the next "stable".

or

a) I will announce _all_ "devel"'s to Webmin-Trans-List.
b) Its up to the translators if they catch it or not.
c) Jamie kindly announces a date for the last "devel" before "stable".
d) I will check in the latest translations two days afterwards.
e) Upcoming translations will belong to the next "stable".
