Try out the new default webmin theme

Hi all,

John Smith of MSC software has updating the current default Webmin 
theme to make use of drop-down category menus for jumping directly 
from one module to another without having to return to the main menu.
I plan to make this the default theme in the next release, but since 
this is new design makes use of some advanced browser features I 
though that list members may want to try it out first to comment on 
it. The new theme can be downloaded from :

http://www.webmin.com/download/modules/msctheme-enhanced.wbt.gz

As always, any feedback or bug reports are welcome.
