Support for ThizLinux in webmin; zh_CN translation update

Dear all,

Attached is a patch for webmin to recognize ThizLinux, an RPM-based
GNU/Linux distribution based in Hong Kong.  :-)

Another patch (sent separately as it is over 100 KB) is an update of
zh_CN translation, courtesy of ThizLinux Laboratory Ltd. and
professional translator Stephanie Li.
