setrgid() not implemented at

Hai, within the useradmin all pages i try to access
return the following error :

Error - Perl execution failed
setrgid() not implemented at ../web-lib.pl line 2840.
Compilation failed in require at
/usr/local/usermin-0.960/mysql/index.cgi line 5.

This is for MySQL, the same happens for readmail etc.

I am running OpenBSD 3.1 and perl 5.6.1

Appreciate any help as I am a starter.
