restrict miniserv.pl to a network?

Is there a way (or easy way to implement) to have miniserv.pl only
listen for connection comming form a certain network? See Sendmail,
Apache, etc... for examples.

I currently just use iptables to block the port I'm using, but thought
there might be a more eloquant way.
