Well, I'm totally confused because the version shown on the main page definately comes from the
site file :(  Unless your browser is caching the page or something, I have no idea where that
1.3.20 is coming from! Fortunately it doesn't matter much in terms of the functionality of the
module, because if the site file is what determines which apache directives the module will
edit.
