Cluster-useradmin

I have been trying to get the cluster useradmin to work.  I have checked
the code
because only the "this server" entry is displayed but @servers contains
the three
entries that are in my webmin servers /etc/webmin/server/*.serv files.
Any directional help would be very helpfull
