httpd.con equivalent

So I'm really liking Activestate's Komodo debugger, but a cannot get remote
perl debug working. Not a big deal as the CGI portion is more important. So
it says to add some lines to the httpd.conf... oh man, now it should really
work... right? Umm... where's the httpd.conf? Oh... yeah... This is
webmin...
 
So my question is, where in webmin would I add the following line that I
would add into the httpd.conf?
 
SetEnv PERLDB_OPTS RemotePort=hostname:9010 CallKomodo=client:9000
PrintRet=0
