I played around with this at one point, a basically it was not that easy
and was prone to problems (at least in my hour-long implementation).  If
there is a PHP Perl module I'd recommend starting there, otherwise look
into using the php binary (/usr/bin/php, normally) to "run" the file and
capture the output, redirecting it to the browser...
