Webmin for NT

Now please don't all leap down my throat, but has anyone ever attempted
to get webmin to run on NT in any shape....I ask because I (and a couple)
of other people), are looking at writing a module for Big Brother
(monitoring
software) as the guy who is supposed to be writing it seems to have
disappeared.

Some of the folk who run BB do so under NT. So to avoid them having to
install a 
Unix box somewhere.(not that that would be a bad idea per se) .....

If anyone has tried this and got anywhere, I would grateful for some clues
as to how painful a process this is.
