 Yes, i agree. Even anon access to do only cvs checkouts would be nice.
 all changes would still have to go through him, but then people could
 get vital updates before a release is made, and get the latest code
 to start working with if they want to add a new feature and then submit
 it back to jamie, and save him the trouble of having to modify it to
 incorporate any changes he's made since the last release.
