Module Help

Is there a web in my "theme" to have the help for any module appended to the 
modules main page?  (right under the title or at the bottom)

I think that this would be a very usefull feature for it would cause the 
modules writers to actually write help on what that modules does and it 
because the documentation isn't very big in the first place have it in a easy 
spot for users to read.
