are you sure that webmin is up and running ?

I don't think that webmi is supposed to run on System 9. It may work on MacOs
X.

Webmin is dependant (tell me Jamie if I'm wrong) on the perl runtime (should be
OK) and on the filesystem organisation.

MacOs 9 doesn't have a proper filesystem hierarchie in order to run webmin "as
is". 

MacOs X should work.
