[webmin-devel] Slow download speeds from webmin

Hi Webmin developers

I'm having a issue with very slow download speeds from the Upload and
download module.

I've committed a fix to github and created a pull request
https://github.com/webmin/webmin/pull/56.

But should I do anything more to get it into the official version?
