[webmin-l] Virtualmin-user in MySQL database store

Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1.)
I send an email to a mailbox that by this mail the mail-quota limit 
would exceed.
Then I get sent back an email with the message:

Diagnostic-Code: x-unix; can't create user output file

Is this normal and if not what's going wrong?

2.)
It is planned that I can, some time in the future, the users of 
Virtualmin in a MySQL database save instead of files?
I know there is also LDAP, but that is not an option for me.
