I managed to find miniserv.conf in /etc/webmin but there is no module.infos.cache. I also tried to find it by doing a search in the cygwin directory before posting here but to no avail. Could this have any connection with some errors I receive when installing the tar? Since I don't have a root account or bin group in cygwin it complains about not being able to change owner and group for the installed files.
