I tried it and it seems to works perfectly...

1- Download the .deb from webmin
2- sudo dpkg -i "webmin_package_name.deb" (without the quotes) -> dpkg 
will complain about missing depedencies and will fail to install (this 
will be fixed at the next step)
3- sudo apt-get install webmin

step 2 will add webmin to the package cache and step 3 will install 
webmin with the dependencies...
