Yes, I installed it from source not the OS.  The OS offers Pureftp and 
Vsftpd.  I was accustomed to Vsftpd, but I didn't find out until after I 
set it up that there was a third part module for it to administrate it 
in Webmin.   I selected Pro, because it was supposed to be more secure 
than Pure.   I am sure that's probably debatable.  I still have some 
work to do to get it completely configured the way I want.
