[webmin-l] upload/download module

When using the "upload/download" module and checking the option in the 
module config
to allow uploading to other directories and when clicking on the button 
in the module itself
for "*File or directory to upload to" i can only see the user home 
directory and can't see the /vendor
or /internal directory
