[webmin-l] Changing a Virtual Server's IP

How do I change a server's IP address? 

Just wondering why you can't edit it in Virtualmin. Is there a reason? It would be 
nice to be able to change the IP there and have it reflected throughout all the 
services (DNS, Apache, Email, etc.)
