I'm seeing some strange behavior in my scheduled cron jobs module.  When 
I set up the ACL to disallow everything (set all options to 'no'), yet 
allow the users to see cron jobs of selected (or all) users, they are 
still able to update the run time.  All I want to do is to allow them to 
see when a job is run and the command (don't ask...).  Anyone else able 
to duplicate this behavior?
