[webmin-l] fs backup already running?!

hi,

my nightly cron job of the fs backup keeps telling me things like

Backup is already running with PID 13637.


but this is just not true. how can i completely start over with the fs  
backup? what status/pid files do i have to delete and how do i need to  
adjust the cronjob?
