Hi M, THe reseller cannot create his own templates as of yet but you can create some generic ones (resell1, resell2, etc) or assign them to the reseller specifically. The reseller currently doesn't use the API either but it's on the feature request. You'll find this reseller much more secure than the WHM that cpanel has. Thanks Jamie and danl for the clarification. Yes, I was using the GPL version but now I tried the demo of the reseller account of the Pro version and I haven't found a way to add packages/plans. The idea of having some plans is to be able to reuse it for a group of customers instead of reconfiguring it again and again. I guess Danl got my point and he already mentioned this feature is not available.
