[webmin-l] MySQL database permissions (same problem as add user)

Hi

I added the user via phpMyadmin ok. (i see webmin has added an anonymous 
user with no password and All hosts with Y in all the boxes.
(i have deleted this user!)

doing permissions on the user that i created as above i get the same null 
user permissions.
