Ah, but Jamie, I'm not thrilled with Google compiling all the user demographics with my traffic. I do the work and spend the money. Yeah, it sounds like awstats is the really only well maintained and commonly distributed option at the moment .. unless webalizer extended or one of the other webalizer follow-ons is included with a large number of operating systems. Actually, I'm beginning to think that running your own log analysis is not such a good idea in the first place - sites like Google Analytics do a great job.
